We plan to hold a General Meeting for all Members on Tuesday, 19th September 2017 at 7:30 p.m. in the Hall at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at the entrance to Eagle Valley. The purpose of the Meeting is to review activities since the Association was started in 2014, discuss future initiatives/issues and elect a new Committee. We will be circulating the Agenda together with a full set of accounts and membership status report to our Members in advance of the General Meeting.
We hope to have a wee social opportunity after the meeting for Residents & Home Owners to mix and meet each other. We will remind you nearer the date and ask that you would participate in the Meeting.
